These terms govern your use of Prompt Anatomy (US hiring prompts) and the optional paid PDF guides sold via Stripe. By purchasing or using the site you agree to these terms.
Not professional advice
Prompt Anatomy provides educational hiring prompts and templates. We do not provide legal, HR, or employment advice. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws (including EEO and state hiring rules), bias review, and all hiring decisions. AI-generated outputs require human review.
Digital goods
Paid PDF guides are delivered electronically after checkout. You receive a license to use the content as described below—not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Paid PDF license
The Beginner and Advanced PDF guides are licensed for personal use within your own HR team:
- You may reference and apply the guides to your own hiring work.
- You may share the guides within your immediate team.
- You may not redistribute the guides as-is, resell them, or repackage them as your own product.
- You may not post the PDFs publicly or upload them to public training datasets.
Refunds
14-day no-questions refund. Reply to your fulfillment email or to your Stripe receipt and we will approve the refund and revoke the download link.
Delivery and download links
After payment, Stripe redirects you to /success.html, which fetches a short-lived (15 minute) in-page download link. We also email a long-lived (7 day) signed link to the billing email you provide to Stripe.
Sub-processors
Payments are processed by Stripe. Email delivery uses Resend. Fulfillment state is stored in Upstash Redis for up to 90 days. PDF binaries are served from a private origin behind a server-side fetch.
Liability
The free prompt builder and paid guides are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for hiring outcomes — these are tools that help you structure work; the decisions remain yours.
